Boyd Wilson Pierce

Boyd Wilson Pierce, 93, died November 10, 2009 in the Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born August 16, 1916 to Eli and Orpha Skaggs Pierce in Bland, Mo.
Surviving Boyd is his son Steven of Ballwin, sisters Lillian Schlottach of Denver, Colorado, Margery Blackwell and Betty Blackwell of Owensville. There are two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Preceding Boyd in death is his wife Winifred, a daughter Mary Ellen Hudspeth, and two brothers Roe and Eli Jr.
Boyd and Winifred owned and operated a Boarding, Training Kennel and Pet Shop.
Boyd will be missed by those who loved him.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 1 p.m. from the Bland Union Cemetery.
