Catherine Manues

Catherine Manues of Bourbon died Sunday, March 17, 2013. Catherine was born March 23, 1947, in St. Louis. She was married to Don Manues in 1985. Catherine is the daughter of the late Thomas Vernon Ray and Beatrice Philomean Marlen Ray. She is survived by her children Pam Blanton of Columbia, Carol Blanton of Columbia, Tommy Blanton of St. James, and Danny Blanton of Fordland and step children Louis Blackwell of Gerald, Frank Blanton of Sullivan, Joan King of Bourbon, Johnny Blanton of Bourbon, and Kathy Blanton of Owensville. There are 12 grandchldren and 6 great, grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters Glenda Neff of Leasburg, Sue Batson of Washington, and Carol Churovish of Granite City. Catherine is proceded in death by her husband, Don, a daughter Leslie Blanton, and an infant sister Patricia. Service will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from Sassmann Funeral Service in Belle at 11 a.m. A visitation for Catherine will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2013.
