Denise Mae Walters

Denise Mae Walters of Belle, died peacefully at her home, July 16th, 2011. She was 56. Denise was born on August 28th, 1954, in Bedford, Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Oswald Jay Kellar and Doris Gertrude Mitchell Kellar. On August 31, 1969, Denise was married to David Walters.
Surviving Denise is her African Grey parrot Kiwi, her husband David, a son David with his wife Tara, and two daughters Deena Crews and Dawn Hicks with her husband Randy. Also surviving are two sisters Sandy and Sharon Cook. There are nine grand children Shawna, Brett, Nathan, Anastasia, Annie, Devyn, Drew, Douglas, and Daylee, and one great grand son Tanner.
Denise is preceded in death by two brothers in law Delmar and Gene Cook and a nephew Mike Cook.
Denise enjoyed calling herself a domestic engineer.
Services were held on Monday morning from the Sassmann Chapel in Belle. The Reverend Jimmy Bickell officiated. Interment was in the College Hill Cemetery.
