Elizabeth J. Hotchkiss

Elizabeth J Hotchkiss of Midwest, Oklahoma, died Sunday, May 30, 2010, in an area hospital. Betty was born in St. Louis on June 13, 1932. She is the daughter of the late Howard and Cecelia Pettit Vail. Betty was married to Bob Hotchkiss.
Surviving Betty is a son Philip Vail with his wife Jeannie, and three daughters Virginia Green with her husband Bill, Katherine Sherman, and Vanessa Smith with her husband Paul. There are twelve grand children and many great grand children. Also surviving are cousins, nieces, nephew, brother and sister in laws, a very dear friend Bernice Hertweck, and her dog buttons.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, grand parents, husband Bob, a son Donald Paul and daughter Karen Elaine. Also preceding Betty are two brothers Donald and John Vail, and a sister Justine Meeks, a grandson Donald, and two son in laws Larry and Roger.
Betty worked for many years as a nurse in St. Louis, Oklahoma, and Oregon. She was a friend to any animal in need.
