Harold John Farris

Harold John Farris of Belle died in his home early Sunday morning, April 29, 2012, of an apparent heart attack. He was 65. John was born on July 18, 1946, in Washington, MO. He is the son of the late Harold Raymond and Lula Willis Farris. John was married to Denna Schuenemeyer. She preceded John on July 20, 1991.
Surviving John is a son Curt Cook of Nixa and grand children Spencer and Erica. Also surviving are 3 brothers Tom Farris with his wife Brenda, Howard Farris with his wife Marsha, and Doug Farris with his wife Diane all of Owensville, and 3 sisters Betty Hemmer of Memphis, Nancy Thee with her husband Jesse of Ash Grove, and Catherine Hill of Conway. There are many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
John is preceded in death by two brothers Robert Lee Farris and infant Mac James Farris.
John was an Army Veteran of Vietnam and received the Purple Heart for his service. He worked as truck driver, a carpenter, a farmer, and laborer.
