Larry DeWayne Davis

Larry Dewayne Davis of Belle died Wednesday morning, November 9, 2011, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He was 66. Larry was born on November 12, 1944, in Madison County, Illinois. He is the son of the late Marion and Mary Cartwright Davis. Larry was married to Joyce Elaine Pitts.
Surviving Larry is his wife Joyce, one son Larry Davis with his wife Cheryl of Granite City, and five daughters Brandi Wakeford with her husband Jason of Granite City, Jessica Montgomery of O'Fallon, Sarah Crittenden with her husband Ryan of O'Fallon, Amanda Butler with her husband Joey of Belle, and Melissa Davis of Belle. Also surviving Larry are two sisters Linda Adams of High Gate and Ann White of Granite City, and two brothers Tracy Riggins with his wife Carrie and Eddie Riggins with his wife Sharon both of Granite City. There are eight grand children.
Larry is preceded in death by a daughter Nicole Davis and a brother Ronnie Davis.
