Margaret Janiece Ridenhour

Margaret Janiece Ridenhour, age 89, of Belle, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Gasconade Manor in Owensville.

Janiece was born June 26, 1934, in Summerfield, a daughter to the late Leslie and Tillie (Woemmel) Ridenhour.

Janiece had been employed as a beautician in Belle and also worked in the banking industry for many years in St. Louis, Belle, and the surrounding area.  

Janiece was an avid quilter, and liked playing the piano when she was young. She was a big St. Louis Cardinal fan and loved NASCAR almost as much. Janiece enjoyed going out to eat at the local restaurants and visiting with friends. She will be missed tremendously by those that knew and loved her.

Janiece is survived by: four children, Linda Keeney, Marty Drewel and his wife Debbie, Bill Henson, and Joey Ridenhour and his wife Anita; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister Joyce Medlock and her husband Ronnie; one sister-in-law Melva Ridenhour; numerous nephews; and multiple great nieces and nephews as well as other extended family members and friends.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Janet Towell, and a brother John Ridenhour.  

In keeping with Janiecs wishes, her body was cremated and no services are planned.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pilot Knob Church cemetery.
