Mary Ann Ellis

Mary Ann Ellis (Pueschel), 89, of Owensville, joined her husband in the heavenly kingdom of GOD on March 10, 2023 and into the loving embrace of our Lord and Savior.

Mary Ann worked as a typist for the Better Business Bureau in 1952 to 1954.

In 1953 she married her soul mate, Charles (Chuck) Ellis and in 1954 they moved to Riverside, CA. They lived there for 17 years before moving back to Missouri in 1971. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Mary Ann had enjoyed yard work, tending to her flowers and birds, knitting, reading, puzzles, her devotional readings, debates, and prayers.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dora (Enzmann) and Fritz Pueschel, her husband Charles, and 3 brothers-in-law, Bruce, Don and Larry Ellis, and sister-in-law Fran Pueschel.

Mary Ann is survived by her sons-Steve (Sherry), Ken (Letha), and Ted (Pam), all of Owensville: grandchildren-Ben (Tracy), Julie Buckner (Eric), Mitchell (Jeffrey), Cody (Claire), Anya Rusetskay (Anton), and great grandchildren-Levi, Caleb, Mia, Heidi, Ruby, David, Adam, and Evelyn. Mary Ann is also survived by her siblings- Curt (Kelly) Pueschel and Fred Pueschel.

Her body was cremated and her ashes, along with her husbands, will be scattered at a private family gathering.
