Michael Ray Cook

Michael Ray Cook was born on January 23, 1965, in Jeff City to Hamilton Gene and Sharon Kellar Cook. He departed this life on May 24, 2011, at Phelps County Regional Hospital in Rolla at the age of 46.
Mike is survived by his partner, Ed Henness of Belle, his mother Sharon Cook, his son Michael Gene Cook of Belle, two brothers Donnie Cook and wife Crystal of Belle and Jerry Cook and wife Karen of Rolla and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Mike was a lifelong resident of Belle graduating from Belle High School in 1983. He went to Sanford-Brown College and graduated in 1985. He served on the Belle Volunteer Fire Department.
Mike will be missed by his family and friends.
