Nadine Baxter

A memorial service for Nadine M. Baxter will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013, from Sassmann's Chapel in Belle. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. with the Memorial Service beginning at 11 a.m.
Mrs. Nadine M. "Aunt Dene" Baxter, 91, of Eufaula, Alabama died Monday, December 10, 2012, at her residence.
She was born July 6, 1921, in Belle, the daughter of the late Allen and Mintie Oliver Bledsoe.
Nadine was a member of the First Baptist Church in Eufaula. She was retired from Techsonic. She was a loving grandmother known by her grandchildren as "Granny".
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Alfred Bernard Baxter.
Survivors include her son Jeff (Johnene) Baxter of Hallsville; daughter Linda Auston of Eufaula, AL; two grandchildren - Sueann Harris of Auburn, AL, Tony (Tammy) Swanson of Fort Worth, TX; five great grandchildren -A.J. Swanson, Racheal Swanson, B.J. Swanson, Silas Swanson, Krystal Edwards; and many nieces and nephews.
