Patsy Verlee Gehlert

Patsy Verlee Gehlert, age 84, of Belle, passed away Monday, November 15, 2021 at Stonebridge Senior Living on Owensville.

She was born February 18, 1937, a daughter to the late John and Minnie (Hicks) McDaniel.

Patsy was united in marriage to the late Alfred Gehlert on December 20, 1952.

Patsy was a lifelong member of Belle.

Patsy was a caring and compassionate woman who was always willing to help anyone she could. Her hobbies included fishing, gardening, but what she loved the most was spending time with her family. Patsy will be missed deeply by all those who knew and loved her.

Patsy is survived by: one daughter, Carla White and her husband Donnie of Newberg; one son, Michael Gehlert; several nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Gehlert, one daughter Marilyn Fredendall, one son Kerry Gehlert, two grandsons, Shawn Gehlert and Toby Graham, and one great granddaughter, Samantha Buehrlen.

Visitation for Patsy will be on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Sassmann’s Chapel in Belle from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Shane Gehlert officiating. Interment will be in the Skaggs Chapel Cemetery.
