Patsy Elaine Litton

Patsy Elaine Qualls Litton, 63 of Belle MO. died early Monday morning, February 4, 2013,at her home after struggling with cancer for a year. Patsy was born in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico on 08 Jan 1950 to the late Emmett Lee Qualls and Viola Ernestine Hampton. Patsy grew up in Phoenix, AZ. Later her mother moved the family to Alton, Missouri were Patsy married her first husband on March 11, 1967. To this union were born three children Susan Smith Lange, husband Steve of Belle, twins Stacey Smith of Belle and Stephanie Smith Dixon of Toas. On March 29, 1978 in Gasconade County Patsy married Donald Litton Sr. He preceded her in death on January 24, 2002 in Belle, Missouri. Her stepson Donald Litton, Jr. and wife Kathy of California survive Patsy.
Surviving Patsy is one brother, Jack L. Qualls of Az, Deborah G. Qualls Gammons and husband Paul of West Plains, Mo. Sisters-in-law Wilma Litton Nash of Cuba, Mo., Delma Litton Roelling of Warsaw, Fern Jones Litton of Belle, Mary Litton Ridenhour of Belle. Nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Patsy retired in 2008 from Scholastic Inc. after working for them for almost 20 years.

Visitation for Patsy will be Tuesday, February 5, 2013, 4 p.m. at Sassmann's Funeral Home in Belle, Mo. Services for Patsy will be on Wednesday, February 6, 2012 from Koenig Methodist Church. Interment will be in College Hill Cemetery.
