Susan Irene West

Susan (Sue) Irene West, 71, of Owensville, Missouri passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

She was born, July 3, 1953, to Sarah Hull and Albert West in Belle, Missouri.

Sue was one of the kindest, most loving person you’d ever meet. She loved dogs, Elvis, crafting, and watching cooking shows.

Sue was the oldest of five children. She is survived by her mother, Sarah West; sisters, Shirley Goggin, Glenda Fisher, and Sarah Fogelman; and one brother, Jim West as well as many extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Albert West.

Visitation for Sue will be on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Sassmann’s Chapel in Belle from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Sassmann’s Chapel in Belle beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Bethel Cemetery near Vienna.
