Thelma Adell Weller

Thelma Adell Weller of Belle, died Tuesday morning, October 26, 2010, in the Golden Living Center in Jefferson City. She was 87. Thelma was born on February 4, 1923, in Owensville, the daughter of the late Oscar and Bessie Holt Nicks. On December 24th, 1941, Thelma was married to Eddie Weller in Union. Their marriage was blessed with a son Burl and a daughter Myrana.
Surviving Thelma is her daughter Myrana Gilber with her husband Dale and their children Evan and Charis of Jefferson City.
Preceding Thelma are her parents, her husband Eddie, a son Burl, and a sister Velda Francis.
Thelma worked at the International Shoe factory and as a cook for the Maries R-2 Schools. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Belle.
Services for Thelma will be held Friday morning at 11:00 AM from the First Baptist Church in Belle with interment in the Countryside Memorial Gardens in Owensville. A visitation for Thelma will begin Friday morning at the Church from 9:00 AM until service time. Arrangements are under the direction of Sassmann Funeral Service.
