William "Bill" Gleize

William “Bill” Gleize, age 73 of Bland, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Maries Manor in Vienna.

Bill was born September 11, 1944, in Bland, a son to the late Lester and Virginia (Dingley) Gleize.

Bill was a 1962 graduate of Bland High School. 

Bill was employed by Chrysler in St. Louis for many years.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Owensville.

 Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Bill is survived by a daughter, Heidi Gleize; his brother, Herbert Gleize and his wife Imogene of Linn; and his sister, Maxine Jannick and her husband Dale of Bland along with three nieces and four nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2018, at Sassmann’s Chapel in Bland.  Graveside services will follow at Countryside Memorial Gardens near Owensville.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family to be donated to a charity of their choice.
